Rate calculation

• The hours that the private driver is driving or waiting for the customer are rounded to quarter hours,
• The travel time made by the private driver are not charged if the start address is the same as the final address. When the startaddress is different than the final address than we charge the travel time and travel expenses until the driver is back on the starting address,
• For evening, night and weekend trips are no additional charges levied,
• For journeys taking place on official national and / or Christian holidays Personal Driver charge a surcharge of 100% exclusive of VAT,
• For each journey there is a minimum 4 hours charged,
• For services of 8 hours or more and services after 19:00 hour Personal Driver charge the client € 15, - for a meal of the driver.

All Personal Driver prices and rates are all exclusive of VAT and any other government to levy taxes or duties.

Billing
You will receive a post-tax itemized bill at the indicated address. Immediately after each service you will get a copy of the work sheet from your driver.

Insurance
Each assignment at Personal Driver is insured without extra charge. You are assured of a service during the civil liability and passenger insurance and no claims of an insurance loss, only if your car has a full hull insurance. So you can confidently sit in the backseat.
